Refund Policy

General Information

We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Under our 14-day money-back guarantee, you may request a refund if you are not fully satisfied with the online program provided that you:
 Have completed a minimum of 2 lesson videos to show that you have given the course a fair try
 Make your request within 14 days of purchase. After this time, your purchase will become non-refundable, including if you have elected to pay via a payment plan

We do not offer change of mind refunds. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the request has been reviewed and approved. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@mindovermoney.com with your order details.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full cost of the course. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled due to non-use or change of mind. You may request a refund of your initial deposit within the first 14 days only as part of our 14-day money-back guarantee. After this period, all remaining payments are still due. 

Printed Activity Sheets

Although the 14-day money-back guarantee does apply to printed activity sheets, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Gifted Courses

Please note that the 14-day money-back gaurantee applies from the date of purchase of the gift. Not the date of redemption of the course.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This refund policy does not limit or exclude any of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
