4.1 Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the course content.
4.2 Course access is time-limited at 24 months as outlined on the product page at the time of purchase. Should you require further access, please contact us prior to the 24 month expiry.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
5.2 Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.

5.4 For those on a payment plan, access will be barred after two weeks of failed payments.

6. Refund Policy
6.1 We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses.
6.2 For gifted courses, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase, not the date of redemption of the course.
6.3 Purchases of physical items (i.e. Printed Activity Sheets) are refundable under the 14-day money-back guarantee, but the customer must be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
