These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.mindovermoney.com.au/ (“Site”) and the purchase and use of our online financial literacy courses (“Services”). By accessing our Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course.
1.2 Currently, our available courses are designed for children, but all accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2.1 You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
2.3 You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
3.1 To access purchased courses, you are required to create an account.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4.1 Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the course content.
4.2 Course access is time-limited at 24 months as outlined on the product page at the time of purchase. Should you require further access, please contact us prior to the 24 month expiry.
4.3 You must not share login details, resell content, publish course materials, or upload them elsewhere.
5.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
5.2 Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider.
5.3 You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
5.4 For those on a payment plan, access will be barred after two weeks of failed payments.
6.1 We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all courses.
6.2 For gifted courses, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase, not the date of redemption of the course.
6.3 Purchases of physical items (i.e. Printed Activity Sheets) are refundable under the 14-day money-back guarantee, but the customer must be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6.4 To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase; and
Demonstrate that you engaged with the course content (i.e., viewed in full at least two lesson videos).
6.5 Refunds are processed within 2 business days; however, it may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear, depending on Stripe and your bank.
6.6 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
7.1 Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation in certain circumstances.

8.1 All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned or licensed by us.
8.2 You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.

9.2 By using our Site and Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from completing our courses.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from use of our Site or Services.
12.1 Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the ACL.
12.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or data.
13.1 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or Services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
14.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
14.2 Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may cease, unless required under the ACL.
15.1 We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes.
15.2 If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
15.3 The updated Terms will be posted on our Site with the date of last revision.
15.4 Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of Queensland.
16.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
17.1 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
18.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and Mind Over Money Pty Ltd.
19.1 All notices/communications shall be given to Us by email to info@mindovermoney.com.au. Such notice will be deemed received the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
19.2 We may from time to time, if you opt to receive it, send you information about Our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email that you receive from Us.
